After going around with customer service this afternoon about a rebate MillerCoors wouldn't honor, here are some tips if you decide to send one in:
- Read the requirements three times-do they want the original receipt, upcs, or just copies or just written in upc's?
- Make copies for yourself and maybe keep a spreadsheet of what you sent in and when you should expect it.
- Have a customer service number for the rebate center with your info(if available) and have your copies in front of you when you call if you have to.
- Make sure you post mark it by the date on the rebate form.
That being said, do you rebate? I love RiteAid and Staples with their online rebates (no fuss, no postage and RiteAid actually filled one out for me that I forgot to finish!) So post a comment and let me know if you rebate and do you know of any great ones?!!
Thanks,
Claire
